11. Third-Party Services

The Send US Money App, website and Send US Money Services are owned and operated by Send US Money and are being provided to you expressly subject to this Agreement. By accessing, browsing and/or using Send US Money Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the Send US Money Privacy Policy, which may be found by visiting the Send US Money Privacy Policy, and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

In addition, by agreeing to this Agreement and the Send US Money Privacy Policy, you also agree to Cybrid's Privacy Policy, which may be reviewed by visiting https://www.cybrid.xyz/en/privacy-policy. The terms and conditions of this Agreement form an essential component of the arrangement between you and Send US Money. This Agreement governs your use of the Send US Money App and the Send US Money Services.

This Agreement does not apply to Customer Account and Cardholder Agreement (the "Bank Services"), each of which are provided by Cross River Bank, Member FDIC ("Cross River Bank,").

Please refer to the Cross River Bank deposit agreement for further information concerning the Bank Services and your privacy rights concerning the Bank Services. These may be accessed by visiting the Cross River Bank privacy policy. Cross River Bank is not a party to this Agreement and is neither responsible nor liable for the Send US Money Services provided by Send US Money or Cybrid pursuant to this Agreement or any other agreement you may have with Send US Money.
